This Privacy Policy describes how Quiet Homes Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Quiet Homes”, “we,” “us”, or “our”) handles personal information that we collect through our website https://www.quiethomes.com and its member portal (collectively, the “Service”). To use certain features of the Service, including registering and creating an account, you need to share personal information, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

- When you contact us: your name, contact details, and your message

Quiet Homes is intended for persons who are able to enter into legally binding agreements. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Please contact us at [email protected] if you believe we've unintentionally collected such data.

4. How We Share Personal Information
We may share your data:
- With Christal Spata and Mackenzie Rasmus, the licensed real estate salespersons with Engel & Völkers who run the registry, and, if you ask for help with a match, within that separate written agency relationship
- With other members, only as far as the registry allows: a buyer sees a home’s details in stages agreed with its owners, and owners see a buyer by a label, not by name

- With vendors and service providers who:
- Verify identity and handle electronic signatures
- Send email

- Correct any inaccuracies in your personal information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to retention obligations
- If we text you, reply STOP to stop texts; you can also turn off email notifications in your settings or ask us to stop any other messages
To exercise your rights, please contact us at [email protected].
6. Cookies and Tracking
Quiet Homes uses only the cookies needed to run the Service: one keeps you signed in, and one protects our forms against requests sent from other sites. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may also set a cookie that tells people from automated traffic. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, pixels, or tracking tools.
Our public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser for that purpose, under its own privacy policy.
You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookie prevents signing in to the member portal.
7. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Quiet Homes discloses the types and uses of personal information in Sections 1–4 of this Policy. We do not sell or “share” your personal information as defined under state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
8. Data Security & Information Retention
We implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services or as required by applicable laws and our internal data retention policies. Backup copies may persist temporarily as part of our security protocols.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it. Contact us at [email protected] with any concerns.
10. External Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. Please review their privacy policies before interacting with them.
11. International Use: UK & EEA
Quiet Homes is designed for users in the United States. We do not market our services to residents of the UK, European Economic Area (EEA), or other jurisdictions with data protection laws similar to the GDPR. We do not intentionally collect data from users in these locations and have not adopted GDPR-compliant data handling practices.
