Accessibility
Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Version 1.0
Quiet Homes wants every owner and buyer to be able to use this site, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and the order you move through it follows the order you read it.
- Headings, labels, and form fields are named so screen readers announce what they are and what is required.
- Text and controls meet the contrast levels WCAG asks for, and the site respects your system’s settings for reduced motion, reduced transparency, and increased contrast.
- Errors on a form are announced, named next to the field, and keep what you typed.
- We use no trackers or embedded maps on the public site. The one outside element is Cloudflare’s verification check on the two forms.
Where we fall short
Documents you sign are presented by our electronic signing provider, and the verification check on our forms is Cloudflare’s; both follow their providers’ accessibility practices. If either is not usable for you, write to us and we will arrange another way, at no charge.
